As you may know, the law relating to data protection is changing. The new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into effect on 25 May 2018.
In the interest of best practice and compliance with the new regulations we have reviewed our policies and procedures.
We believe that your current engagement with our school means that you would want us to continue to keep in touch as you’ve been used to. As long as you’re happy with the way you hear from us, there’s nothing you need to do. We will always put your needs and wishes first so if you change your mind, please let us know by contacting us at email@example.com.
We are committed to protecting your personal information and have clear policies and procedures in place to ensure we take all reasonable steps to keep your data secure.
Please be assured that we will NOT share your personal information with any third parties unless it is required for explicit reasons (eg. graded exams). We do not sell your data and we do not buy data from third parties.
If you’d like to find out more about our data protection policy or have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
